Data Collection Purpose
We collect information strictly to deliver the project you hired us for—nothing more. Specifically we:
Build & launch your website, listings, or digital assets.
Connect services (e.g., domain registrar, hosting, map listings) that require basic public details.
Maintain basic contact info (name, business e-mail, phone) so we can send support notices, occasional service updates, or promotional offers only if you’ve opted in.
We do not profile you, resell your data, or store backups indefinitely. When the project ends, we erase non-public files after 90 days unless you ask us in writing to keep them longer.
We might use your basic contact details for occasional service updates or promotional offers only if you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe in one click or by emailing us; we honor opt-out requests within 48 hours.
No Long-Term Data Storage
We keep project files only while the project is active and for 90 days afterward (for quick edits or bug fixes). After that, they are deleted unless you request extended storage in writing.
Payments & Financial Data
Stripe and Zelle process all payments on our behalf.
TimasDev never sees, stores, or transmits your card or banking details.
Any fraud, chargeback, or sending Zelle funds to an incorrect address is strictly between you and the payment provider; TimasDev accepts no liability.
We never request card numbers by phone, email, or chat. If you receive such a request, assume it is fraudulent and notify us immediately.
Third-Party Services
Your basic business details may be shared with:
Domain registrars and hosting providers (to connect your site)
Map/listing services (Google, Apple, Bing, Waze)
We cannot control or guarantee the security of those third-party platforms. Any breach on their side is outside TimasDev’s responsibility.
Our hosting and email providers may store data on servers outside your country. By using our services you consent to those transfers, provided the vendors apply comparable security safeguards.
Legal Disclosure – We may release information if required by law or valid government request (e.g., subpoena or court order).
Data Security
We use reputable, industry-standard tools (SSL, password managers, two-factor auth) to protect project data while it is in our possession.
While we follow industry best practices (SSL, 2-factor auth, encrypted vaults), no internet transmission or storage system is 100 % secure; therefore TimasDev cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs, we’ll notify you promptly.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses basic cookies for analytics and page-load optimisation. You can disable cookies in your browser and the site will still function.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Updates to This Privacy Policy
TimasDev may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
Notify you via the primary email address on file and/or display a prominent banner in your client portal or on our website.
Specify an effective date—normally 14 days after the notice is sent, unless a different date is stated.
By continuing to use our services after the effective date, you automatically accept the revised policy.
Your failure to read, receive, or otherwise review the notice—whether due to outdated contact details, spam filters, or other delivery issues—does not exempt you from compliance. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current.
Policy Scope Clarification
Scope – This Privacy Policy applies only to the information collected directly by TimasDev through our website, direct client communication, and during the course of delivering our services.
Third-party platforms – If you choose to link or integrate services such as domain registrars, analytics tools, social media, or directory listings, their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours. We recommend reviewing their terms independently.
